I don't think you should feel the need to bribe them (dinner and massages), don't do anything really nice for anyone that is not treating you with respect. A sure fire way to not get someones respect is to "try to get it." Being a good boyfriend is all you need be. They will come around or they won't. Focus on you girl and ignore her parents crap.
