right i’m 14 years ancient and i need to lose weight, i weigh approx 9 1/2 stone and im 5′2, i want to get down to, 8stone.
what are the best exercises to do in your back garden, i have a trampoline, i try and go on it once a week, but there’s loads of bird poo on it so it puts me off, i have a skipping rope and a hulla hop,
